Hey guys. ..any ideas what an average turn around time is on a support ticket? A couple of days maybe? Thanks

in my experience the waiting time is quite short

You posted at 4am my time, having a day off and spent a few hours on checking servers etc. So you had an answer within 16 hours, which is really in the high end.
Usually, before my new job, you would have received a message at 7am
