I'm relatively new to rF2, I've been downloading tracks and car-sets that I'm not familiar with by trying to join open servers. The rF2 track and car sharing is very slow, but I can do chores or sleep while it's downloading. However, Now that I have the URD DLC, how does rF2 know to NOT share a paid-for, DLC pack?

I believe that only components placed in packages on a dedicated server will be automaticly shared, and yes the transfer can be very slow so it won't badly influence the active users on the server.
