Where did you here about VEC: Tomas Beha
Simracing experience: Started with Geoff Crammond World Grand Prix on PC in 1993 - 4 years old, driving with a joy stick. GP2, GP3, GP4, GPL, F1 2000, 2002, F1 Challenge 99 - 02, rF1, rF2, GTL, GTR2, Race07, GTR-E. and just bought GSCE.
League experience: F1 Challenge 02 - 99 I raced in a slovakian league
In rF1 I raced at the late Onlineracing.dk, F1-S-R leagues F12008, F1 1991, 1993...
In GT2 I raced in DGTRL (Mr. Beha raced there too in the M3 GTR if I recall correctly) I think it was called... but that did not last awfully long...
Simracing hardware:
I've been using a steering wheel on PC since the early 00's Logitech Wingman, plastic rim with coloured rubber... Used it for everything once I got it.
I then got the Logitech Momo (Black one)
The Driving Force Pro (with Gran Turismo 4)
The G25, which I use to this day, still...
I then got the Fanatec 911 GT3 RS wheel (later updated it to V2) but I just didn't offer the confidence I had in the G25... Too many early problems with the Fanatec hardware made the decision.
My setup right now is the Clubsport pedals V1 (which came alongside the GT3 RS wheel)... They didn't fail me
Those pedals are coupled with a 7 year old battered, repaired (encoder wheel broke) G25 with its motors and electric board exposed... Been like that for 2 years... Wheel seems to like it - still soldiering on... Its right clamp did just crack last week though.... Irwin Quickgrip clamp works for now...
Real vehicle: None right now... Had a 2CV - I miss it dearly, but corrosion got the best of it.
Favorite simracing car: Probably CTDP 2006 Ferrari 248 F1 - Right now I'm pretty fond of ISI's F3 EVE.
Quick hello to Jerry McComas, Shawn Campbell, Gabriel Bianchi, who I raced in F1-S-R
And also to Mikkel O. Pedersen! I was the mechanic and datalogger on Nikolaj Jacobsens Van Diemen whom you had a few great races with in 2012 Formula Ford season - if you ask me
To the rest of you all, hello there !
