When do I sign up for the Academy?

Hello, I do apologise if I seem a bit confused or a bit of a noob, but I need to know really, I signed up to the forums last night, read things and posts that I needed to read, but in terms of signing up for SRC Academy, when do I sign up because I feel like if I missed out on the latest sign up, I do want to know please
