SEASON 8 ANNOUNCEMENT - with the release of URD´s PX mod here we go guys.
We´re proud to announce our plans for the new season.

We will continue to use the EGT - but modified slighty by us. Using the latest release as base
We will continue to use the VEC LMP1 and LMP2 cars - until they get updated to 2015 design in the UPX mod from URD.
When URD release additional cars, we will also add them.

Classes:
No news - 4 classes
When sign up opens we will have:
LMP1 - this is the premium prototype class - you wont be able to sign up in this class - this is INVITE only.
Only drivers with a valid VEC license (safety ratings) will be able to race here.
LMP2 - This is the shortest step to the premium class, however we do not encourage new drivers/team to enter this class - unless they agree to: 1. Put in a significant amount of practice and 2. be moved by stewards to another class.
GTE-Pro - this is the premium GT class, we would suggest only signing up to this class if your team has significant time to practice and/or is a top notch driver.
GTE-Am - this is the real entry level class, unlike the Prototypes the 2 GTE classes is identical. We would suggest you sign up in this if you are not alien or dont have significant time to practise.
Please note that we will move teams into classes that suits their talents.
Broadcasts:
We cant promise a live broadcast of all races, we would still like a BC team that handles this.

- September 5th: Preseason: 2 hours of Indianapolis
- October 3rd: 8 hours of Silverstone
- November 7th: 6 hours of Fuji
- December 5th: 8 hours of Interlagos
- January 2nd: Roar before Daytona
- February 6th: 24 hours of Daytona
- March 5th: 12 hours of Sebring
- April 2nd: 6 hours of Istanbul Park
- May 7th: 6 hours of Nurburgring
- June 11th: 24 hours of Le Mans (date can be changed)
- This will be a "special event" please see race thread for more information
- The 2 24 hour races - race start is moved to 15:00 (Copenhagen)
Rule changes:
- Point per race will be changed slighty
- 12.1.1 6-12 hour races: 25-20-18-16-14-12-10-9-8-7-6-4-3-2-1
- 12.1.2 24 hour races: 50-40-36-32-28-24-20-18-16-14-12-8-6-4-2
- Changing car / class will be considered as a new team and earned points will be forfeited
- Submitting skin will be limited to twice per season. First time when you submit a base skin.
