2.4.1 Prototype: The 3 category stickers must be affixed to each side of the car and to the front bonnet, close to the backgrounds of the numbers.
2.4.2 GT cars: the 4 category stickers must be affixed to each side of the car, to the front bonnet and to the rear of the car, close to the backgrounds of the numbers (except for the sticker situated at the rear of the car).

Rule change:
Old:
13.1.2 These penalties will be applied to your car by race stewards during the first 10 laps of the next race.
New:
13.1.2 These penalties will be applied to your car by the game during the first hour of the next race
This is a quick fix, to avoid penalties that will become "invisible" - This will give a large interval for the plugin to assign penalties
However its now set to start after 3 minutes and then we need to calculate laptimes etc, so will be over way before the hour - however we need that buffer in case a team have a lot of penalties.

4.2.9 Drivers who spin, or otherwise drop out of place in line, during the formation lap must not attempt to pass other cars in order to regain their place. In this circumstance a driver should safely blend into formation lap traffic or wait for the field to go past before rejoining track, then carefully make their way through the grid to their assigned starting spot.
