Stewards Comments and Feedback
4.4.2
If a driver causes an incident in the Orange Zone penalties are doubled and the car will have to start from pitlane next race.
4.4.6 As soon as the race director announces CODE-80 in 10 seconds the full track is under Orange Zone
15.6 Any driver who exceeds 80km/h at any point during the Code 80 procedure is subject to penalties up to and including a 60 second stop/hold, so as to ensure no team gains an advantage.

We've been very kindy in the past with Code 80's, but now we'll follow the complete rules. Hopefully we wont see so many incidents in the last two rounds of the season.

Race bans:
T. Hinss -
3x catched with speeding under Code 80 in one race
M. Cakmali - 3x catched with speeding under Code 80 in one race

Abbreviations
DQ = Disqualified
GR = Gentlemen Rule
AC = Avoidable Contact
IF = Infraction
RI = Racing Incident
W = Warning
SnH = Stop and Hold
DT = Drive Through

@Bernd Schmidt
I have recently signed up with SpeedyMite to race in the VLMS in Estoril, but cannot see the licensed forum yet. Could you guys allow me in so I can get some practice with the mod on the server? :)

why not, u don't like a surprises? @Shawn Jacobs :D:D
Selfish reasons, I literally cannot drive to save my life in the wet, and when you have A hats like @Erhan Jajovski who doesn't even acknowledge precipitation like it some made up fantasy element, continues to do lap times like it's bone dry and sunshine, I'll prefer if it stays dry :D :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:

well that was a tough one for me, not my best performance by a long way.

Once again, I just want to give an absolutely massive apology to @Tony Mella and the rest of the Ghost Motorsport guys, I essentially took you guys out of the race with a completely unnecessary move. Honestly I wouldn't blame you at all if you hate my guts after that one for a long time, really was probably the most astronomically stupid piece of driving I've ever done.

Anyway aside from that my stints well enough apart from the contact with the RGPL P2, just had nowhere to go and got 158 seconds of repairs. Dropped us well down so the goal was just to stay clean and tidy, generally managed that throughout the rest of my stints. With others having issues we found ourselves in 7th once I switched out of the car as the rain came down.

So yeah, very average stuff from me on this one, can only apologise to the team for letting them down really and not performing anywhere near as well as I feel I should have. Hopefully next time it'll be better.

Just want to add a huge kudos to @Osvaldo Angelone for the fantastic setup we had and for bringing the car home so well in such tricky conditions there to get us 4th, pretty much entirely down to his stint in the car that we got the result we did!

@Jimmi Allison - My trace files from today's race... https://www.dropbox.com/s/3hpv9oga32dccx9/Log.rar?dl=0
rF2 did something I've never seen before (about 2hrs 15mins into the race)...
I was making a pit stop, pit menu was all set up and selected correctly (new medium tyres, 70 ltrs of fuel, no repairs and @Jamie Otis selected for the driver swap). After approx 55 seconds, rF2 told Jamie that he had gained control (as is normal) and he drove off, but I was still in the car, stationary in the pits. On the stream, only I could be seen still in the pits, but Jamie was actually driving the car around the track. We think he was a "ghost" and no one else could see him. Meanwhile, i'm sill in the car, in the pit lane, and thinking.. "I can't sit here all day, i'm in the way", so I hit ESC and rF2 gives me the option to "Exit to monitor". As I click it, Jamie gets beamed into the garage. He couldn't click race, and we tried every possible combination of options (spectate, non-spectate etc) to get back racing, but to no avail.
Sorry for the waffle, but that's how it all transpired.

There wasn't a race, it was a drama.
My team mate @Ivan Gridello , had a fantastic first 2 hours. Nice start, much consistency, and nice position gained.
When was my moment, I'm gone in car with him and when the car stopped to the pit box, START RAINING!
I come in the track during CODE 80, doing 1 lap and stop again for changing tyres to the wet.
Our setup is not good for wet track, indeed, it was a disaster for wet track.
I was too much slower, I need to brake very early, this situation give me a chance to do too much mistake little and big!
The rain stopped, and the track gone be dry, wet tyres have too much over heating, and so on another mistake and loose control too much times.
When circuit was 2%, I gone to the pit for refuelling and change tyres to slicks.
I have only single binary dry, and so I try, try to push. Before a connection lag put me to hit another car and loose bonnet, and after I loose the binary and I finish to destroy my car.
Gone to the pit and watch there the race finish.
A disaster, hope to doin better next round.
Sorry to my team mates and sorry to other guys that maybe I put in difficulty during the race.

Another race to forget for me. I should stop this..
Well done @Thomas Crabb, what an insane performance.
Took the car, shortly after shifting up to fifth gear my car /wheel decides to go into reverse, game over. Only did half Lap. Don't know what to do now, no warrantee or else available. Have to search for some tech geak, but that ain't the problem I guess. No idea. No trace either. If anyone got similar issues at one point, i would be happy to know. I am driving with the TX wheel plus formula rim.
Sorry for the messy comment, have a good evening /day whatever
