Rfactor 2 stuttering

Hi Guys,
Please help
Stuttering cars, smooth framerate
My hardware.
AMD FX8350
GTX760
PSU 550w.
8GB Hyper-X
SSD
Asrock N68GS4 - FX
Internet link ok. 120mb no packet loss.

I'm going to leave a video of someone who had the same problem.

This happens after a few minutes of playing. I realize there is something wrong with the FFB. I've tested, with other PSU, GPU and CPU, bf4 game and I have no problems. All temperatures are ok.
I have already formatted the computer and nothing.

Please can delete or lock the post, I had not seen the optimization post. I will try and see if it solves my problem, but I believe it is overheating on the motherboard chipset, I installed a new cooler yesterday I did a test and I had no problems.
