RF2 Won't start

Hi all, i have thge problem that RF2 won't start, i get the screen and when i wanne race, it's seems like it starts but the game go back to
the main screen. All filles are checked, video settings are good, i did 3 times a new install and updated my pc drivers and still it won't work
Anyone can help me ???

Fixed, vcredist_2013_x64 was the problem, afther that it worked..
