Have you ever thought about changing the allowed pit lane speed to 60 kph according to the FIA rules for the World Endurance Championship?

For more information see chapter 1.3 and 1.3.4 of the FIA rules.

1.3. Speed limit: 60 kph in the pit lane.
Penalties for exceeding the maximum speed authorised in
the pit lane:
a) Practice and warm-up: €200 fine for each kilometre
over the limit and cancellation of the times set by
the guilty driver during the practice session up to
the time of the infringement.
b) Race:
- 1st infringement: 5 seconds immobilised in the
Stop and Go area per kilometre or part of
kilometre rounded up to the next kilometre,,
- 2nd infringement: 10 seconds immobilised in the
Stop and Go area per kilometre or part of
kilometre rounded up to the next kilometre,
- 3rd infringement: at the Stewards' discretion
(exclusion possible).

1.3.4 – If a car covers several reconnaissance laps,
between each lap and the next it must use the pit lane
at a maximum speed of 60 kph. It is prohibited to use
the grid:
Penalty: at the Stewards' discretion

We have had it at 60, 80 and 100.
Right now it's on 80 - because if we need a full course caution we will use code 80, which means people can easily turn on pit limiter and don't need to worry about penalties.
60 around the track might be too slow.
I haven't seen the issues in pit lane, which made me think we needed the change.
However remember that the pit limit is also in effect in practice.
Try going 60 kmh on Indy ;)

Understood - going 60 kph is not really what you want on a long straight ;-)

And the FIA rules are asking for 80 kph in an Full Course Yellow as well.

82. A FULL COURSE YELLOW "FCY"
1. The Race Director may declare a Full Course

Yellow period if he decides that this is necessary for safety
reasons.
Once under FCY, cars will slow down to 80 kph, in single file,
and maintain their distance to the car in front and the car
behind. Overtaking is strictly prohibited under the FCY.
