New Sim-to-real life competition

Hi,
I'm working with a racing school in the US to start a new sim-to-real life racing competition scholarship in Formula Fords.
I'm collecting opinions about how to run it, so let me know your thoughts.

What would you like to see from a sim-racing competition, what would you like to see changed from SRO esports, WFG, McLaren Shadow etc, Let me know your input!

Well, from what I see really, is that most of these competitions are run through hotlaps only, but none of them takes consistency into account.
